Properties listed on Eden's Home are owned by independent property owners.

Eden's Home does not own the properties listed on the platform but facilitates bookings and guest management on behalf of property owners.

Property owners remain responsible for property maintenance, cleaning, and operational management.

User Accounts

Users must create an account in order to make bookings through the platform. Accounts may be created using:

  • Email address and password
  • Google account login
  • Phone number with OTP verification

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Eden's Home reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies.

Minimum Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings on the Eden's Home platform.

By making a reservation, users confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.

Property Rules

Account Termination
