Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued depending on the cancellation terms associated with the booking.

If a booking qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days.

However, the time required for the refunded amount to appear in the user's account may depend on:

• The payment gateway provider
• The user's bank processing time
• Weekends or banking holidays

Payments made on Eden's Home are processed using the following payment gateways:

• Razorpay
• PayU

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
