What Are Cookies

Eden's Home uses cookies strictly to operate the platform. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to build advertising profiles.
Cookies We Use
We use three categories of cookies:
Strictly Necessary
These cookies are essential for the platform to function. You cannot opt out of them because the site will not work without them.
- Session cookie — keeps you logged in during your visit. Set by our authentication system (Supabase). Expires when you close your browser or after 7 days of inactivity.
- Checkout state cookie — preserves your booking details (dates, guests, property) across checkout steps. Cleared after booking completion or session expiry.
- CSRF protection token — a security token that prevents cross-site request forgery attacks. Expires with each session.
Third-Party Service Cookies
These are set by third-party services we integrate with. They are required for those services to function.
- Razorpay — sets session and fingerprinting cookies when the payment widget loads on checkout. Required for secure payment processing. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase Auth — sets a cookie to maintain your authenticated session. Required for account login and booking access.
Analytics (Optional)
We may use anonymised analytics to understand how visitors use the platform. Where used, data is aggregated and not linked to individual users.
- Page view tracking — tracks which pages are visited and for how long, to help us improve navigation and content. No personally identifiable information is stored.
Managing and Disabling Cookies

Please note: disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in, completing checkout, or accessing your bookings. We recommend keeping them enabled.
Disabling analytics cookies will have no impact on your use of the platform.

If we add new third-party services that set cookies, we will update this policy accordingly. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when this page was last changed.
